Summary
| Description |
English: Three contributing properties to the Marycliff-Cliff Park Historic District at Wall and 13th in Spokane. Listed on the NRHP No. 79002557. The neighborhood is one of the oldest in Spokane and has been home prominent and wealthy residents of the city since its construction at the turn of the century. These homes are typical of the southern section of the district, which does not overlook the city like the northern area and has smaller homes on smaller lots relative to those along Sumner Ave and Cliff Drive a few blocks to the north. |
