Description
English: Portland, Oregon: Washington Park & Zoo Railway locomotive No. 1, the Oregon, at the Washington Park station, about to depart for the zoo, in 1984. The railroad has a track gauge of 30 inches (762 mm) and approximately 5/8-scale rolling stock. Locomotive No. 1 was built in 1959 and is a scale replica of the Virginia & Truckee Railroad 4-4-0 locomotive, Reno, built in 1872.
