Description
Fragment of the inner left wing of an altarpiece from the cathedral in Aix-en-Provence, the top part of which is now in the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam (see File:Nature morte aux livres - Triptyque de l'Annonciation d'Aix - Rijksmuseum.jpg. On the reverse a Mary Magdalena is painted (see File:La Madeleine agenouillée - Triptyque de l'Annonciation d'Aix - Boijmans.jpg), which, together with the outer right wing, formed a Noli me tangere.
