English: Portrait of American architect Walter Ross Baumes Willcox (1869-1947). Practiced in Burlington, Vermont in the early 1900s with William J. Sayward and later in Seattle with same. Relocated to Eugene Oregon in the early 1920s where he headed the architecture department at the University of Oregon and continued to practice architecture in that city into the 1940s.
