Transliteration:

Aus dem Gerichtssaal: Verurteilung des ehemaligen Frontisten Brunner. ag Drei Mitglieder der Nationalen Front hatten in der Nacht vom 18. auf den 19. August 1933 beim "Volksrecht"-Gebäude zwei "Kanonenschläge" zur Explosion gebracht, wobei eine Scheibe in Trümmer ging. Der Anstifter Brunner, der nach seiner Beteiligung am Ueberfall auf Kaufmann Denner und am Bombenattentat auf Redaktor Grau nach Deutschland flüchtete und aus der Nationalen Partei ausgeschlossen wurde, erhielt in contumaciam vom Bezirksgericht Zürich 60 Fr. Busse; die beiden anderen, ein Zahntechniker und ein Reisender, wegen böswilliger Eigentumsschädigung je 30 Fr. Busse. Der Zahntechniker ist wegen Münzfälschung, der Anstifter Brunner wegen Diebstahls und zweimal wegen Dienstversäumnis vorbestraft.
