Svenska: Vitt yllegarn växtfärgat med orselj från lavar enligt traditionell metod. De olika nyanserna har erhållits genom att garnet doppats olika många gånger i orseljbadet. Bilden tagen i Vällingby, Stockholm, Sverige. Skannad från en papperskopia och restaurerad i Photoshop.
English: White wool yarn plant dyed in a traditional way with orcein from lichens. The different shades were obtained by dipping the skeins additional times in the dye bath. Photo taken in Vällingby, Stockholm, Sweden. Scanned from a paper copy and restored in Photoshop.
