English: A brief phylogenetic tree of the Astroviridae family. Phylogenetic tree with representative Avastrovirus (red) and Mamastrovirus (black) genotypes. Using full genome sequences, the evolutionary history was inferred using the Maximum Likelihood method based on the Kimura 2-parameter model.
