DescriptionView of O'Connell Bridge and monument, Dublin (26827225555).jpg
The focus of much attention 100 years ago and totally destroyed at the end of Easter Week, here we have a view of a rebuilt and apparently reinvigorated O'Connell Bridge and Street. The place is abuzz on a bright day with plenty of cars parked on the bridge of all places.
With thanks to today's contributors, and based on the mobile advertising hoarding with posters for a university sports day, it seems likely that this image is circa May 1928.
