This image is a promotional image from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and is one of the few images available for this new construction project. Since this is an under construction building in the early stages of development, there are no images released depicting the building accurately save for those released by the developer. It is not a replaceable image. Until more information and images are released, there are currently no free images available. Therefore, this image is viable for use on Wikipedia. Image is intended for use in the Victory Tower article to illustrate the building in question.
