English: Russian Federation, award of the Awards of the Federal Agency for Special Construction, a department subordinate to the defense ministry. Badge "Veteran of Special Construction of Russia". Instituted on 10 March 2000 by departmental order 7/237/8-2. Awarded to highly skilled workers of enterprises, institutions, organizations, industry and military engineering military units, road-building military units, as well as others who have made significant contributions to the industry.
