Description
English: The sale of the 'Signet' was made in April 1854 by the brokerage 'Thomson and Smith' on behalf of the Alloa and Leith family Thomsons / the Ben Line in Geelong Australia. The ship was first purchased by the Alloa Thomsons in February 1848. The ship was built in Miramachi, Canada in 1845.
