The Van Nostrand-Starkins House was built in 1680, and while that doesn't make it the oldest structure on Long Island, let alone in New York State, it is the oldest structure in the Village of Roslyn. This view is from the northeast corner of Main Street and East Broadway. South of this intersection, Man Street becomes Roslyn Road. |
