  1. Valdgales pagasta karogs ir zaļš ar sarkanu horizontālu svītru un Valdgales pagasta ģerboni
  2. Zaļo un sarkanās svītras attiecība ir 2:1:2.
  3. Valdgales pagasta karoga platuma un garuma attiecība ir 1:2.
  4. Karoga krāsas ir: ģerbonim Pantone 341 C (zaļa), Pantone 877 C (sudraba) un Pantone Black C (melna), pamatnei Pantone 357C (zaļa), Pantone 485 C (sarkana).[1]
Valdgales pagasta ģerboņa apraksts
  1. Sarkanā laukā četras sudraba šķērskrustā liktas miežu vārpas ar kātiem pinumā (Pielikums Nr.19).
  2. Ģerboņa krāsas ir: Pantone 186 C (sarkana), Pantone 877 C (sudraba) un Pantone Black C (melna).[1]
