English: Vaillancourt Fountain at Justin Herman Plaza in downtown San Francisco, California. The monument, created by Quebec-born sculptor Armand Vaillancourt is nicknamed Québec libre! because its creator graffitied it on the eve of its unveiling, in 1971.
