Français : Carte postale ancienne circulé en 1909, Issy-Les-Moulineaux, Usine Electrique de l'Ouest. Dechargement du charbon. A partir de c.1935, les Ateliers de Construction d'Issy les Moulineaux, chars d'assaut AMX. De 1991 a 2002, Artsenal, ateliers d'artistes. Par la suite l'édifice a été détruit.
English: Vintage postcard c.1909 of the Usine Electrique de l'Ouest, quai d'Issy, Issy-les-Moulineaux. Transporting coal. From 1935 the factory used for the production of AMX tanks, Minister of Defence (France). From 1991 to 2002, Artsenal, artistes studios and show space, 247 quai de Stalingrad. The building was subsequently demolished.
