Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	It is a very rare photograph of a work that has been missing for 15 years, presumed to have been looted and is unlikely to be recovered. It is a historically significant relief by a leading Iraqi sculptor, who died in 1987 and is a rare example of his work. Many of his works were looted or vandalised in various revolutions and wars in Iraq during the intervening period.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The image illustrates a work which was one of some 8,500 works looted from the Museum of Modern Art in Baghdad in 2003. Although approx 1,500 of these works have since been returned, this particular work remains missing
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The image appeared in an online magazine, Isqineeha where it is accessible to any user wanting to make digital copies of it.
Other information	This is a rare image of an artwork that has been missing since 2003 and is unlikely to be seen again.
