PROD must only be used if no opposition to the deletion is expected and it may only be placed on a page a single time. The file's uploader objects to the deletion as I simply removed the tag as called for in the PROD rules and this action permanently cancels the proposed deletion via PROD. This is an entirely correct photograph in all respects of the actual University of Georgia official seal as worn by the university president as he carries out his office (such as used on official occasions, graduation ceremonies, etc.), on official documents, etc., and even if not incorporated in the University’s article in the future (which it should), is of historical significance.
