The Regional Logistics Program worked with a graphic design firm under contract to create this graphic and was designed as part of a training and formatting effort to better explain the documents produced by the Regional Logistics Program. Per the terms of the contract, the graphic has become the property of the Regional Logistics Program under the NY-NJ-CT-PA Regional Catastrophic Planning Team.
