Description Seal of the United States Information Agency, an independent agency which was discontinued in 2000 (functions moved to the Department of State).
Source Extracted from PDF version of the 1997 NCS Annual Report (direct URL [1]), and colorized based on File:USIASeal.jpeg. The eagle was replaced with the one from File:US-DeptOfState-Seal.svg, since it is colorized but otherwise identical.
