Summary

Description Photo postcard of the Astra Dome dining car of the Union Pacific Railroad's City of Los Angeles.
Date The dome type cars were added around 1955; those in the photo appear to be circa 1950s. The train was no longer a Union Pacific train after the Amtrak takeover of 1971.
