DescriptionUneeda biscuit.jpg	English: In 1899, the National Biscuit Company decided they wanted to use the recently mass-produced folding carton to package their product. The first order, placed with The Robert Gair Company of Brooklyn, NY, was for two million boxes. The name for the product was decided upon at NBC's Chicago headquarters when Mr. Gair, asked for suggestions, said, "You need a name."
