Description
English: Farewell tour of the historical railcar Ce 2/2 2 (built in 1923) with trailer C 41 (built in 1924) at the terminus on the Uetliberg. The train was displayed in the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne for a short time, but became a restaurant on Lagerplatz in Winterthur in 2014.
Deutsch: Ein trauriger Anlass. Abschiedsfahrt des wunderschönen historischen Triebwagens Ce 2/2 (Baujahr 1923) im Dezember 2008. Der weiter verdichtete Taktverkehr der Regelzüge liess einen weiteren Streckeneinsatz nicht mehr zu. Wegen der seitwärts verschobenen Stromabnehmer kann das Fahrzeug nicht auf anderen Strecken verkehren. Kurze Zeit war der Triebwagen im Verkehrshaus Luzern ausgestellt, doch wurde der Zug 2014 nach Winterthur auf den Lagerplatz verbracht, wo in den Fahrzeugen ein Restaurant eingerichtet wurde.
