Summary

Description The U.S. Navy Gypsy-class salvage lifting vessels USS Mender (ARS(D)-2) and USS Salvager (ARS(D)-3) try to raise the capsized survey ship USS Kellar (AGS-25) at New Orleans, Louisiana (USA), after the Hurricane "Betsy" in September 1965.
