Summary

I deleted the "00", "NAME", and "COUNTY" path and put it back in as text (Roadgeek 2005 D-width). In theory, it should be identical on any system with that font on it. Please do not convert the text to a path, as this is not designed for use in Wikipedia articles, but rather to be used as a template for real w:County highway shields.
