Summary

Description
English: Winterhalter does a one-armed pushup during a workout at the Fort McPherson gym in preparation for an upcoming fitness competition. The one-arm pushup is one of the moves that must be incoporated into a two-minute routine. Other moves include the front split, high kicks, straddle hold and L-sit. Competitors perform the routine in costume to music based on a certain theme. For the upcoming fall classic, Winterhalter's theme will be Speed Racer.
