Original description:The Ensign blows in the wind on the mast of guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Hamilton (DDG 60) during a pass in review of ships from the Ronald Reagan Strike Group (RRSG) and Japan Maritime Self Defense Force in the Western Pacific Ocean March 18, 2007.
