Description The U.S. Navy guided missile cruiser USS Springfield (CLG-7), flagship of VADM Charles K. Duncan, Commander Second Fleet and NATO's Striking Fleet Atlantic, and USS Little Rock (CLG-4), flagship of VADM William A. Martin, commander Sixth Fleet and NATO's Striking Force South, are refueled in the Mediterranean by Fleet oiler USS Chikaskia (AO-54).
