Description The US Navy (USN) Spruance Class Destroyer USS ARTHUR W. RADFORD (DD 968) arrives for a brief port visit to Souda Bay, Crete, Greece. Tugboats assist the ARTHUR W. RADFORD to its berth during a regularly scheduled deployment as part of the George Washington Battle Group (GWBATGRU) as part of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.
