Description
English: Captain F.M. Rohow, (MC), U.S. Navy Executive Officer, U.S. Naval Convalescent Hospital is presented the Purple Heart Medal on 6 August 1943 at approximately 1400 hours for injuries sustained during the raid on Pearl Harbor, HI on 7 December 1941. Presentation by Captain J.T. O'Connell, (MC) USN and assisted by LCDR M.R. Boe, (MC) USNR.
