English: The Coast Guard Cutter Terrell Horne arrives in San Pedro, California, Jan. 02, 2019. The Terrell Horne is the third of four Fast-Response Cutters to be home-ported at Base Los Angeles-Long Beach and is scheduled to be officially commissioned in the spring. The cutter is named after Senior Chief Petty Officer Terrell Horne. On Dec. 2, 2012, Horne was serving as the Executive Petty Officer aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Halibut, operating out of Marina Del Rey, California.
