Summary

Description
Canadian English: USA flag with the stars in the shape of the universal symbol of access. Used as a flag for disability rights organizing in the USA by ADAPT
Date
Source https://resilience.si.edu/story/disability-history-activism-resilience
Author ADAPT

I was unable to find information about who from ADAPT created the flag nor when it was first used. I can see from archival documents that it was in use during the Capitol Crawl so I used that as the date of first use, but I am under the impression in may be older than that.
