Description
English: Waco Lake on the Bosque River in McLennan County, Texas, USA. This concrete-and-earthfill dam is nearly three miles (4.8 km) long. This photograph shows only the central portion of the dam including the concrete-and-steel water control structure. The lake is located next to, and is the western border of the City of Waco. View is to the northeast from behind the dam.
