Description
English: Lost Creek Lake on the Rogue River in Jackson County, Oregon, USA. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers constructed the dam and lake in 1977 for flood control and water supply. The name of the dam was changed to William L. Jess Dam by an act of Congress in 1996. View is from behind the dam to the west overlooking the top of the dam.
