| Description | In 2002, the north end for US Route 27 was truncated to I-69 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The southern end is at US 1 in Miami, Florida. At one time, US 27 seemed far away to me (30 miles away) and represented a land apart from what I was used to. To see the other end of the route is emblematic of my journeys... |
