Summary

Description
English: UA6 was setup by the CERN-Lausanne-Michigan-Rockfeller Collaboration to sudy inclusive electromagnetic final states and Lambda production in ppbar and pp interactions at 22.5 GeV c.m. The apparatus consisting of a gas-jet target, spectrometer magnet, and associated detectors was installed at the SPS in the missing magnet straight section upstream of LSS5. Louis Dick stands on the left.
