This image is to be used only in the article Turrican to illustrate the computer game of Turrican.

It shows the player figure, a shot burst, a "wrapped" extra token (has to be shot to yield the collectible extra) and some enemy bats together with a cave-like surrounding and a platform to the left in Level 1-1.
