Description
English: Using a special wooden fork ('gata-gata') to separate a serving from the bowl of 'papeda', a glue-like staple dish in the Maluku and Papua provinces of Indonesia made of pure sago palm starch (Hatusua, West Seram, Indonesia oct2009).
Nederlands: Met een speciale houten vork ('gata-gata') wordt een portie losgemaakt uit de kom met 'papeda', een lijmachtig gerecht dat als hoofdvoedsel dient in de Molukken en Papua (Indonesië) en dat gemaakt wordt van puur sagopalmzetmeel (Hatusua, West Seram, Indonesië okt2009).
