Description
English: This picture shows Tropical Storm Cindy on July 21, 2011 when it was at peak intensity. At the time, Cindy was racing to the northeast with winds of 65 mph (105 km/h) and a minimum pressure of 1002 mbar (29.59 inHg). Cindy would eventually lose tropical characteristics as it deteriorated in cooler waters.
