Summary

Description
English: A railgrinding train made up of two PCC streetcars, formerly passenger vehicles but now decommissioned, at least in that use, and repurposed as right-of-way maintenance equipment. This set was operated by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), and is here seen at the Exhibition Loop in 1991 (since relocated to the other side of the building in the background). The livery has also been changed to dark yellow with black stripes from the former cream and dark magenta in which most TTC streetcars (and indeed buses) were painted at the time.
