English: Structure of topoisomerase VI as depicted in PDB: 2Q2E​ Bioassembly 1. Arrangement is similar to bacterial IIA members. Chains are colored differently. The ATPase domain lies on the bottom of the molecule, while the Toprim domain lies on the top; each forms a DNA gate.
