Description The Belgian Post series of postage stamps "Tintin on screen", issued 30 August 2011, featuring a chronological review of The Adventures of Tintin film and television adaptations made through years. Pictured is:

(First row:) The Crab with the Golden Claws (Le crabe aux pinces d'or) (1947), compared to the Tintin comic from 1941,
(Second row:) The Black Island (L'Île Noire) from Hergé's Adventures of Tintin (Les aventures de Tintin d'après Hergé) Series 1 (1956, incorrectly stated as 1961), compared to the Tintin comic from 1938,
(Third row:) Tintin and the Golden Fleece (Tintin et le mystère de la Toison d'Or) (1961), compared to Tintin and the Blue Oranges (Tintin et les oranges bleues) (1964),
(Fourth row:) Tintin and the Temple of the Sun (Tintin et le temple du soleil) (1969), compared to the Tintin comic from 1949,
(Fifth row:) The Blue Lotus (Le Lotus bleu) from The Adventures of Tintin (Les aventures de Tintin) Series 1 (1991), compared to the Tintin comic from 1936.
