subject to copyright I (Kolrobie) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the DVD in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD's artwork on another DVD;
4. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
