DescriptionThird Baptist Church of San Francisco.jpg
English: A photograph of Third Baptist Church taken from the intersection of Pierce Street and McAllister Street, San Francisco. On the right side of the photo there is a two-story stucco building with narrow rectangular windows and a single cross-shaped window over the front door. The roof appears flat at the facade, but a gable is visible offset from the roofline running the length of the nave. A circular colonnade joins the main building to a tower, roughly twice as tall, topped by a large cross painted gold. The tower has a three-by-four grid of windows on each face in the style of a lantern tower. Both structures are light tan in color, with darker rectangular accents aligned with the windows. A short flight of stairs connects the colonnade to the sidewalk, which is dotted with trees. Constructed in 1952, the Third Baptist Church complex is a San Francisco Designated Landmark.
