English: These pictures were taken in Marineland, Niagara, Ontario, Canada.
In 2019, the govt. of Canada passed a law that Dolphins and Whales can't be held captivated for entertainment purposes and these are one of the last captivated dolphins in Marineland. As they won't survive in the ocean after staying captivated for a long time, many organizations are trying to gather donations to build a seaside sanctuary.
Still, these dolphins are being used for entertainment purposes in Marineland and also they are not given enough space to live a healthy life. They are allowed to be captivated until a seaside sanctuary is created.
