Description
English: 1. Is when the Bacteria uses Glucose as food source. 2. Is when the Glucose is used up causing the cAmp to bind to catabolite activator protein which allows transcription of the Lac operon. Transcription of the lac operon is started. 3. The Reintroduction of Glucose causes the amount of cAmp to decrease which decrease the transcription rate.
