Description	This is the crest of Lambda Omega, a sorority formed in 1915 at the University of California, Berkeley. It was absorbed by Theta Upsilon in 1933.

Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the entity in question.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Any derivative work based upon the logo would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	I cropped the original image substantially, color corrected to B&W, then reduced the image further in size by 50%.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution image of an organization's logo in the article about that organization will not impact the commercial viability of the logo.
Other information	The image is on p.119 of the 1933 Colby Oracle yearbook. By the 1934 yearbook, the group had changed its name again, to Theta Upsilon.
