“	Chúng-tôi xin trân-trọng kính-cáo để Quốc-dân biết rằng : Ở khắp-mọi nơi trong Nước, chúng-tôi đã ra lệnh cho các Đảng-bộ làm lễ kỷ-niệm đồng-chí Nguyễn-thái-Học và các bậc tiên-liệt đã chết vì Nước hơn sáu-chục năm nay, và cử đại-biểu về dự cuộc. Tại Hà-nội, lễ sẽ do Trung-ương Đảng-bộ tổ-chức và các giới, các đoàn quốc-dân vui lòng tham-dự. Nơi hành lễ : Núi Khán-sơn (vườn Bách-thảo). Giờ hành lễ : 10 giờ sáng chủ-nhật 17·6·45. Ngay tại nơi hành lễ, bộ Tuyên-truyền Trung-ương sẽ phát-hành cuốn «Tiểu-sử Nguyễn-thái-Học» do bạn Nhượng-Tống soạn. Chúng-tôi xin hô-hào bà-con trong các thành-phố tới dự lễ cho thật đông, và treo cờ cùng đóng cửa suốt ngày. Số báo ngày mai sẽ đăng chương-trình hành lễ tại Hà-nội.	”
