Summary

Description

This is The Woodman, a pub on what was then Albert Street (now absorbed into Eastside City Park) in the snow. Built 1896-7, designed by James & Lister Lea. The Woodman is a Grade II listed building.

On the left of The Woodman is a former railway station building from the 19th century, Curzon St. It is the worlds oldest surviving monumental railway architecture.
