English: The Waterside Meadery, Penzance. This is my favourite restaurant in Penzance !! A meadery is a traditional Cornish eating place, usually very dark and cosy, and usually serving very good food, and even better Cornish mead. This one is situated at the entrance to the Lighthouse Pier in Penzance, from which the Scillonian III travels to the Isles of Scilly most days. This building will I am sure be familiar to anyone who has sailed from here.
