The new sub-stations will be similar in design to that one just completed south ofKenosha, the illustration ofwhich shows the building tobe a brick structure com-paratively free of ornamen-tation. A storage batteryoccupies the south half ofthe building, while thenorthern portion containsthe rotary converters, trans-formers and other appa-ratus.
